Mariella Del Carmen Mateo Villanueva, PhD, holds a doctorate in Science and Technology from the Universidad Nacional de General Sarmiento (Argentina) and serves as a professor attached to the Faculty of Sciences at the Universidad Autónoma de Santo Domingo (UASD).
